Weight Watchers and Fitness: What do you want to know?

Hi y'all!

I want to do a series about Weight Watchers and Exercise and how both have helped make a happier, healthier me.

Is there anything specific y'all want to know?

So far I am thinking about doing:

  • "Week in the Life of a Person on Weight Watchers"
  • Finding the Right Exercise for You
  • Cross Training- What I've Noticed
  • What I Wear When I Run -this changes based on season
I think I will post one of these posts a week that way they are spread out. It gives me time to write them and y'all don't get bored with fitness posts over and over again.

So come on! What do y'all want to know?

I think a post about "a week in the life of someone on WW" would be super cool! I would've loved to have read something like that last year while I was losing the weight. Can't wait to read!
