Healthy Train Tuesday: The Two Week Mark

This Week's Loss: 1 pound

Total Loss: 65 pounds!!

Starting Weight: 239 pounds

Current Weight: 174 pounds

Pounds to goal weight: 24 pounds

What I craved this week: Pizza and a cheeseburger and fries and RANCH. I do this every time I watch Gilmore Girls, because that's basically their diet. I resisted, but dang, I foresee both of those options being my "break meal" in the weeks to come.

What I noticed was different about my body: I haven't had a pop since before the New Year. I don't really miss it. I crave water all the time right now. I also pee a ton, but listen, I feel so much better. I also wanted to show you this picture I found online regarding what pop does to our systems.

Workouts I did this week: None and I'm so aggravated with myself. I have been in a big funk the past week. The good news is that I can feel myself getting annoyed which means the fire in my belly is not too far behind.

Personal Goal for this week: HIT MY RUNS. I have the food thing conquered. I just want to hit my runs.

What I’m looking forward to: Looking for ways to bring summer to my house without actually leaving the house. I want to make it bright and cheery to help beat the funk!

Frame of Mind:I am over the "funk" and I'm going to do everything in my power to kick it in the butt!

I stopped drinking pop before we got married. I lost about 10lbs pretty quickly just from that. Now, I drink of every once in a while but rarely. If I drink any it's 1) Pepsi with Donatos Pizza (it just is so much better) or 2) Sprite if I have a stomach ache. I maybe have a pop a month. It just doesn't taste the same anymore and it's not worth it!

Great job! I rarely drink soda but I want to get back to the point where I don't drink it at all. It's so horrible for your body. I'm so strict about my children not having any soda, ever. Everyone thinks I'm mean because of it lol
