Wednesday is "Sons of Anarchy" Day.

Per the Urban Dictionary...

Sons of Anarchy (SoA)-A TV show on FX. Its about a motorcycle club called Sons Of Anarchy. The club members are very close to one another and will do pretty much anything for one another. Most of the members have day jobs in the world but they make most of their money from gun running and protection runs. The SOA operates in a fictional town in Northern California called Charming. They also have many charters around the United States.

Hear me when I say this: If you like any sort of action Mafia show, whether it is The Godfather, Scarface, The Sopranos, The Departed, Gangs of New York, etc, YOU SHOULD BE WATCHING SONS OF ANARCHY!!!

Actually, I think that if you appreciate good writing, in general, then YOU SHOULD BE WATCHING SONS OF ANARCHY!!!

(Yes, the extra exclamation points help drive my point home.)

This show is, in my humble opinion, the best show on TV, currently.

The show is about a group of "motorcycle enthusiasts" known as SAMCRO (Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club, Redwood Originals) and is based on William Shakespeare's Hamlet with a Robin Hood twist.

Before I go any further, let me say that this show also isn't for your favorite little lady at church either.

I'm just saying that up front because I don't want you to start watching and then be appalled that I recommended this show. It is a story about the "bad guys." Bad guys do bad things.

The other thing about this show is that it is wonderfully cast. (The writer also has a small role in the show too!)

The first three seasons are on NetFlix currently and they have them for a reasonable price at Wally World as well, so it is something that you could watch this winter and then watch Season 4 right before Season 5 starts next fall. There are only 13 episodes per each season, and WHEN you get hooked to the show, the episodes will fly.

I just wanted to share something that I love with my readers. Also, it's fun to talk about it on twitter with @kodibev, @mollyhall24, @shabbyprincess and @luvspink_pearls. Also, people at school watch as well. I should tell you that my husband got me hooked on it originally.

Happy Wednesday!

P.S. I was not compensated in ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM  to write this post. HOWEVER, if Kurt Sutter just happens to read this post, I would more than welcome getting a chance to meet the cast.
