I need it to snow already, so I can take my Christmas card picture.

I've been trying to keep up with blogging five times a week. I gotta be honest, the well is gettin' a little dry.

I first thought I’d write about my hate for Halloween. Then I checked my blog archives and it turns out I’ve already written on the subject. I still believe in what I wrote then. The only thing I would add is the fact that I don’t step a foot outside of my house on Halloween.

After all, no one can scare you if you’re inside where the only movies allowed are the ones who make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I’m definitely not afraid or embarrassed to say that I do my darndest to avoid the scary movies and people who find it hilarious to scare me. I don’t find it hilarious because I have nightmares.

And really, I'm not that inspired by Halloween. I prefer to just get it over already.

But one thing I look forward to every year? C-H-R-I-S-T-M-A-S.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Christmas. Seriously, I love the smells, the lights, the traditions, the decorations, the church services, the food (OF COURSE I love the food!), the music, and just that special time of year.

I also love the SNOW! I know that I complain about it a lot living in Michigan and all especially in March, but the snow between now and Christmas is magical.

There is something just so pure about the snow and the crisp air that comes with it.

Just thinking about it has me humming "Snow, snow, SNOW!"

The snow also makes for the best Christmas cards.

And you know what that means....Shutterfly Christmas card selection time! We used Shutterfly last year and received so many compliments on our family of three. So I'm super excited about using them again this year. They have such cute options and are super affordable.

I like the phrase this one has.

I think this one is cute since I've been gushing about the snow. I also like the "retro" feel it has.

I love the red and the design as well.

They even have really cute address labels. Isn't this snowman a doll?!?

I also think this one is cute.
Yep, these cards, make looking forward to Christmas that much more fun!

Happy Saturday and Boomer Sooner!

Note:  I will receive holiday cards as compensation for this post.  All opinions are 100% mine...as usual. ;)

Hi y'all! The name's Samantha. You can call me Sam if you like. I am a lover to a boy I met at Falls Creek in the summer of 2005, that is a student of Jesus, a Sooner born and Sooner bred and when I die I'll be Sooner dead, Democrat by party, blonde to the core, and oldies but goodies kind of girl.
