Wednesday is "Answers Part One" Day.

Answers Part One: a few weeks ago I opened the floor to questions and these are the answers I have so far.

Brittany and Mrs. Potts asked, "How do you and your husband meet?"

My husband and I met at summer camp. Obviously, it was a specific camp, but I prefer to maintain some anonymity on my blog so I won't be divulging that information. This summer we'll be celebrating 6 years together. That seems like forever and then really a short time as well.

For a more detailed version, you'll want to read these posts.

Mrs. Potts asked, "Are you planning on having kids?"

Yes, we are! I want 4 and B wants 2, so we're still figuring out how many will be the final number. Some days we go back and forth on which way the pendulum is swinging, but we're both very amenable to what God wants for us.

Mrs. D asked, "What is you and your husband's most common argument about?"

I had to sit and think about this one for a minute for many reasons. First of all, I want to put out there that we do not have the perfect marriage by any means, but we also are very private people. I realize that seems a bit ironic since I'm sitting here writing on a public blog, but for the most part I don't really talk about our marriage/families to major detail. Part of that is my doing, but part of that is B is a VERY private person so I have to respect his wishes. Secondly, we hammered out the majority of the big issues before we got married. We had a very wise marriage counselor that said to hammer out major questions prior to marriage. Obviously, we're still working on details, but we both try very hard to take things as they come. This is much harder than it looks. Finally, I just want to say that we've only been married a short while, so we're still learning a lot about each other. But we do try to fight fair. It is very hard sometimes, but that is our goal.

However, if I had to pick something that's almost a weekly thing that doesn't get too personal I'd probably say cleaning. It's not that one person completely shoulders the responsibility, we share everything we do because we're both in school. We argue b/c our approaches are very different. This is natural because we come from different styles of cleaning. So we have made some new rules, taken from both schools of thought so to speak, but sometimes my husband likes to watch me get all fired up about his cups on the nightstand. Men have really odd senses of humor sometimes don't they?

That's all for this week. Tune in next week for more!

Happy Wednesday!
