The Soundtrack of My Life

Recently, Erin from Blue Eyed Bride wrote what the soundtrack of her life would look like and I absolutely loved it. So I'm borrowing the idea for today's post with a slight twist.

I listen to a lot of music. In fact, it seems like I can't get enough of it sometimes. And so I have music I listen to through the seasons of the year. Seriously, I didn't plan it or anything, it just kinda worked out that way. I discovered this quirk about myself during college.

When I stepped outside out today and it smelled like fall. I got so excited. I know last week I was singing a different tune. But a girl can change her mind.

So here's some favorite tunes I dig in the fall.

Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol

How to Save a Life by The Fray

Call to Action by the Dutton Band

Sadie Hawkins Dance by Relient K

All Out of Love by Air Supply

Breaking the Habit by Linkin Park

Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever) by Muse

Flightless Bird, American Mouth by Iron and Wine

Life is Wonderful by Jason Mraz

Eyes on Fire by Blue Foundation

A White Demon Love Song by The Killers

For Those About to Rock (We Salute You) by AC/DC

Viva La Vida by Coldplay

Won't Go Home Without You by Maroon 5

Beautiful Girls by Sean Kingston

Big Girls Don't Cry by Fergie

Never Been to Spain by Three Dog Night (it is football season after all!)

Love Is All That's Left by Up From Under

No One by Alicia Keys

Manic Monday by The Bangles

Heart of Glass by Blondie

Hear You Me by Jimmy Eat World

I Hate Myself for Loving You by Joan Jett and the Blackhearts

Hot Child in the City by Nick Gilder and Time Machine

The Boys of Fall by Kenny Chesney

Hey There Delilah by The Plain White T's

New York feat. Alicia Keys by Jay-Z

Here Comes The Sun by The Beatles

What are some of yours?

Happy Thursday!

That is an awesome list.

My list wouldn't have any country on it, but several of the other songs would make the list for sure!

Hi y'all! The name's Samantha. You can call me Sam if you like. I am a lover to a boy I met at Falls Creek in the summer of 2005, that is a student of Jesus, a Sooner born and Sooner bred and when I die I'll be Sooner dead, Democrat by party, blonde to the core, and oldies but goodies kind of girl.
