Favorite Friday

These are my top 5 favorite things/people/dogs these days.

1. Paisley the French Bulldog-seriously she makes us laugh and if it weren't for her some days it would be really sad around our house. She makes us smile and laugh a thousand times a day. She really is a character. 2. My family but specifically our mommas have been a huge encouragement. They know just what to say and we feel their prayers always.
3. Twitter-Seriously, I love it. Last night was awesome when Gina had her baby! And I know it seems silly but really I love how cool technology can be sometimes. It's a way for all of us to stay connected and to encourage each other throughout the day.

4. Our new church-God is busy working on our other prayer requests that are still to be answered, but in the mean time He has definitely and quickly answered our prayers about where we should be at church. The people have been absolutely wonderful and we love where they are as a church body. It is NOTHING like the church we left back at home and yet it is exactly where our hearts are at this time. And God knew that we'd need it. It is no coincidence that He took care of this prayer request first for us. It was our biggest need.

5. Running- This is technically a love/hate relationship because I dread it before I go. But once I get going I love it. And afterwards, I feel great too! I definitely can tell that my body is in the detox state of getting back on the wagon. All the bad stuff that is in my body is on its way out because I am exercising again.

What are your favorites this Friday?

Happy Friday!

Doggies are indeed the greatest creatures on earth! They have such a way of making us feel like things are okay, even at times when we wish they were different.

I'm trying to be good at Twitter but I'm kinda sucking at it.

So glad you've found a new church to call home. That is so important and will likely make your transition to a new city so much easier. I love twitter too ... I can't wait to share my baby's birth with all of you girls on there, too ... although I can't promise I'll be updating that much.

I'm so glad you found an awesome church there. I know it was a huge concern of yours. Check! One prayer answered!
