Tuesday's High/Low

High: Have you heard about Melanie Oudin? She is a 17 year old who is currently kicking bootay in the U.S. Open beating the likes of Sharapova, Petrova, and Dementieva. That is a pretty cool stinkin' feat and I think that any girl at any age should be proud of this young lady. This should be a high for us all.
Low: Ordered a dvd about the Kennedy Women. It won't be here this week. Lame.

High: Miami beat Florida State last night. Since 1997, this rivalry game has coincided with the results of the OU/Texas game. If Florida State wins, Texas wins. AND if Miami wins, OU wins. Take that Texas!
Low: The rankings came out today and I'm not in the least excited about the fact that we dropped 10 spots. In fact, I think I threw up a little when I found out today. And if it wasn't a big deal for us to lose him like everyone said it was, then WHY are we still discussing it today? Oh yeah, because it IS a big deal.

High: Sammy doesn't have to have surgery!!!!!! His recovery time is only 2-4 weeks.
Low: The back-up quarterback has a stache. I am sorry but ALL of his facial hair has GOT TO G-O before this Saturday. We have standards in this ball club thankyouverymuch.

High: I read Obama's speech for kids and it was very inspiring. He addressed how important it is to get an education and you should read it. And please read it before you make up your mind.
Low: I am be to the hind on my bible study. Tonight I have to play a little catch-up.

High:Tomorrow is Wednesday! While work was CRAZY busy today, I am uber happy that hump day is already here!!

We may not love the same teams, but this we can agree on.

The BCS ratings are crap. Crap, crap, crap. I've watched teams rise and lower in the most non-sensical of natures. (I've watched my own team skate by the skin of their teeth into the BCS Championship. Again, God may strike me dead in Gator Country, but I daresay it was a good bit of luck, at least back in 2006-07 season. No rationale really justifies it, at least not in my mind, despite the fact that I enjoyed the end result.)

Hang in there! OU will be back up as soon as some one else plummets for no apparent reason.

Sigh. Obviously a woman didn't design his system.

I so agree with the stache it is so HORRIBLE. I could not stop talking about it. It had better be gone ASAP. The first thing he should have done after Saturday's game was shave!
